It is important for you as a patient, and for us as your healthcare provider, to insure that your education process is as thorough as possible in order to provide a safe environment. Therefore, we require everyone interested in becoming a U.S. Bariatric surgical candidate to attend a Public Information Session before requesting or accepting any personal information. Please enter the password that you received at the end of the Online Public Information Session, or retrieve it from the information packet you received when you attended a live Public Information Session.
